Forgotten your user name?

Look at the info listed at the bottom of any of your AAC Update E-mails. Your username is *usually* the same as the username of your email address.

Have I expired?

The best way to find this out is to log in to your PayPal account, click on History, and locate your transaction. It will say if your subscription is active or inactive and give you the exact date you joined.

How do I change my email address?

Why did I just receive a notice that my account was cancelled?

If you changed or modified your banking information (i.e. changed a credit card), PayPal will cancel it automatically for security reasons. You need to take note of your expiration date, and sign up again then, if you wish.

Why did you renew my account without my permission?

PayPal automatically renews your subscription annually. If you do not wish to have this happen, you must log in to your PayPal account, click on History, and locate your transaction. Click on the transaction, and there is a button to cancel your subscription towards the bottom right of the page. Doing this does not have any effect on your account until the expiration date.
